The firm’s Principal, Terry T. Campo, brings three decades of experience drafting laws, regulations, legal briefs and contracts at both the state and federal level, as well as in advising political leaders and civil service authorities implementing the law in the U.S. and abroad. Mr. Campo’s diverse range of public and private international work includes drafting a law restructuring the Social Protection system of former Communist countries and negotiating power-supply and marketing agreements with state-owned and private foreign electric companies in Eastern Europe and the former Soviet Union. Our lawyers have experience litigating the meaning and proper application of laws and regulations in both state and federal courts. We also resolve complex contractual disputes and have successfully sought grant awards, loan guarantees and supply contracts in energy, foreign assistance and social services.
